The Wells Fargo Center will be a bit toned down this season after some controversy the last couple of years. New "code of conduct" rules have been announced. The majority of the new rules are pretty much common sense for some reason were never official before. No use of racial slurs, don't interfere with players and no throwing of objects onto the playing surface are some of the new rules made official. Violating any of the rules could get you banned permanently from the arena. Many point toward the popcorn incident last year during a 76ers-Wizard game where a fan threw popcorn at Russell Westbrook. The arena released a video featuring players announcing all the rules. Check it out below:
