Saturday night's win against the Seattle Kraken was an important game for many reasons. From seeing what the Flyers had in goalie Cal Petersen to stringing together their third straight win to create space in the Metro Division standings, the Flyers head into the week in prime position. Saturday night was special for one Flyer in particular who saw a career accomplishment along with a win.

2017 first round pick and 24-year-old center Morgan Frost saw his 200th career game on Saturday night, which is impressive considering the ups and downs and obstacles Frost has had to overcome in his career. 2023-24 has been the strongest year of his career thus far and Frost has turned it on since an infamous meeting with John Tortorella.
In December, Frost was a healthy scratch for a game for the first time this season. After being benched, Frost held himself accountable, and went into John Tortorella's office and met with Tortorella. This move, as bold as it was, impressed Tortorella and Frost has seen his season turn around since.
Frost has recorded three points in his past two games, including a goal and an assist in a dominant 4-1 win against the Winnipeg Jets last week. In 200 career games, Frost has recorded 94 points on 34 goals and 60 assists.
If Frost keeps seeing progress, he could be a key piece for the Flyers in the coming years.
