As the trade deadline comes to a head, multiple Flyers have been the center of attention as teams look to upgrade for a cup run. With the Flyers in playoff contention and Danny Briere receiving cap relief for the Carter Hart situation, the Flyers sit in the drivers seat in the trade talks.
One Flyer who has been the center of attention is 30-year-old defenseman Nick Seeler. Despite being linked to teams like the Vancouver Canucks and New York Islanders, Seeler has still found a way to produce at a high level and give the Flyers a boost they have needed after a lousy end to the month of January.
In Thursday night's dominant win against the Winnipeg Jets, Seeler was the star of the show defensively, blocking three shots as the Flyers cruised to a 4-1 victory against one of the top teams in the NHL.

Seeler has shown willingness to put his body before the team and be a spark when needed. This was shown in late December when the Flyers were down big to the Detroit Red Wings, but forged a massive four goal comeback that was sparked by a Nick Seeler brawl at the end of the first period.
"We do what we do best, block shots."
With Seeler coming into his own, will the Flyers try and keep Seeler around with the deadline coming up or will they try to add to his value?
