This generation of NHL players always like to put on a show especially when it's at home and this was on full display as Flyers forward Tyson Foerster gave the home crowd a beauty of a goal that put Wells Fargo on their feet.
His hand eye coordination was fantastic as he put the puck between his legs and did a backhand past Andrei Vasilevskiy. The 22-year-old has been establishing himself as a regular flyer as he has played 54 games, scoring 13 goals with 12 assists for 25 points and is a + 3.
In his last five games prior to tonight, Foerster has scored four goals with one assist for five points. Head coach John Tortorella seems to be happy with his play as he has been awarding him with more ice time.
The Flyers continue to roll as they beat the Lightning 6-2 and are comfortably in the third seed of the Metropolitan Division.
