Another night, another loss. This time to the bottom feeding New Jersey Devils by the score of 6-4. The Devils led 3-1 going into the third period and even though the Flyers were able to score 3 goals in the third, so were the Devils. After the game we got another call out by one of the players and this time it was Sean Couturier who called out his teammates. "It's unacceptable the effort that we put in there the first half of the game," Couturier said postgame. "It's not easy, it's not fun. We need to be better, we need to be more ready from the start of a game and be tougher to play for a full game. We can't be on and off. When we're on, we're one of the best teams, but we've got to be more consistent."What makes it worse is that it's the second time this year a bottom feeding team snaps an extensive losing streak against the Flyers. After the Buffalo Sabres ended their 18 game losing streak against with a win against the Flyers back at the end of March, it was the Devils last night ending their 10 game losing streak with a win against the Flyers.
