However thanks to Carolina and Montreal blowing some big games recently, the Flyers mathematically still have a chance. If Montreal loses its last four in regulation, Columbus loses its last five in regulation, and the Flyers go 4-0-1, Philly is in the playoffs.
If Flyers win in regulation in Carolina on Saturday, their playoff hopes will still be alive — regardless of CBJ and Montreal results on Saturday.
