During an epic goalie fight between Ron Hextall and Felix Potvin, everyone stood still as the display of brutality not seen between two goalies at the time was witnessed.
There is a tradition of violence in hockey, but it is getting less and less visible as enforcers are dying out and goalie fights usually occur during the Battle of Alberta.
This is immensely barbaric and beautiful in execution as you don't see these fights these days.
