Was only a few months ago that the Flyers GM Chuck Fletcher had said they were going to have an «aggressive retool» this offseason.

So far some of the big changes within have been upgrades on the franchise's homebase, the Wells Fargo Center. New seating areas and bigger TVs. They did bring in a big time Defenseman that certainly can help. But the biggest change that will be seen thus far doesn't even lace up a pair of skates.
Long-time equipment manager Harry Bricker had been let go. The team has not confirmed this, and Chuck Fletcher denied the chance to comment, per Sam Carchidi. A veteran with the team, tenured over 20 years, suddenly let go from the organization.
With that being said, Flyer's director of medical services and assistant trainer Sal Raffa may soon not be in with the club either. Both were diagnosed with a rare, life-threatening blood disorder. Both are said to had gotten it from the Zamboni at the Flyers practice facility in Voorhees, NJ.

McCrossin and Raffa both were on the Flyer's payroll till end of the season, but they may change really soon.
Rumors are circulating that they will be replaced. A source close to the situation wouldn't confirm or deny it when contacted Sunday.
