Flames Provide Medical Update on Defensemen Who Got Knocked Out Two Nights Ago

The Calgary Flames lost one of their key players Monday night during a game at the Bell Centre vs the Montreal Canadiens, Flames defenceman Chris Tanev would block a shot from Canadiens captain Nick Suzuki that that looked to catch Tanev in the side of his head.

Tanev was helped off the ice by his teammates in a hushed Bell Centre. This had the hockey world worried on the status of Tanev. Thankfully we would get a major update on Tanev's status from the Calgary Flames.
The Calgary Flames would share the latest on Tanev
"Following a visit to the hospital, all tests have shown negative and he has been cleared to travel with the team back to Calgary,» reported the team, via twitter, after the game. He will be reevaluated tomorrow."
