John Tortorella Reveals The Flyers Starting Goaltender and an Injury Update on Carter Hart
Head coach John Tortorella has revealed his starting goaltender choice for the game against the Anaheim Ducks. he has decided to give the nod to Swedish goaltender Sam Errson.
Even as Carter Hart has passed his evaluation since the upper body injury he sustained last week, Tortorella wanted to give Errson another start. He has won his last two starts while on this western road swing.
Torts, along with the Flyers management team and medical staff are taking extra time with Carter Hart to be sure that he doesn't regress.
Hart has been outstanding all season, especially in the last number of games with his strong play and unbelievable skill. This is the correct approach the Flyers should take with him as the season has not gone their way.
The Flyers are on a two-game winning streak and hope to build upon this, they will meet tonight against the Anaheim Ducks. Felix Sandstrom will be the backup.
