Jordan Binnington Thought He Could Hit a 6 foot 4 Jordan Staal & It Ended Badly
Hockey fans are aware of one thing about St. Louis Blues goaltender Jordan Binnington: he is a huge annoyance around the NHL. This was most evident during last year's playoffs when Binnington tossed a water bottle at Nazem Kadri as he was doing his post-game interviews, but that isn't the only time Binnington has been a ''pest in the past'', the Blues goaltender has swung his stick in many vicious ways towards players, including Nazem Kadri in the past, and many have called for him to be suspended or fined for doing so.
Last night, Binnington put up a very lackluster performance, allowing four goals and posting a terrible save percentage of.882%. As per usual, he tried to body check Jordan Staal to vent his frustration at his poor performance, but it sure didn't work out too well!
Binnington is 6 foot 2, 170lbs, Jordan Staal on the other hand is a 6 foot 4- 220lb powerforward who tends to throw the body, you can only imagine how it ended for Binnington...
