PER NHL Insider- Even BIGGER Extension coming for Another Flyer After Tippet and Poehling Extensions.

The Flyers are in the middle of locking up their players for their future. Two major signings have already been reported with Owen Tippet getting an 8-year $49.6 Million Dollar Deal and Ryan Poehling 2 year 3.9 million Dollar Deal.
Now another major Flyer might be getting paid per Eliotte Friedman:
«You know who wouldn't surprise me that they try to lock up? Travis Konecny"
This would be a huge win for the Flyers. Travis Konecny has been arguable their best and most consistent player this year. He has 22 goals and 20 assists for 42 points and is a +13 rating. He plays in all situations, tallying multiple shorthanded goals for the Flyers penalty kill. He plays on the Flyers top Powerplay Unit. He is the engine that drives the Flyers. TK has one year remaining on his 6-year $33 Million deal he signed back in 2019. He is due for a raise and the Flyers should absolutely be the ones to give it to him and label him to be the guy to lead them into the future with all the young guys around him! Get it done Briere!!
