Philadelphia Flyers Expected to Make 'Huge Significant Changes' on a Specific Date
With all the hype through the trade deadline which turned out to be a dud for the Flyers, it seems that draft day this year will become the next target for this organization's chance to make some major moves to improve this team.
According to all pundits, this will be one of the deepest drafts in a generation with numerous players in the top ten even the top 20 who could be impact players or even generational players. The Flyers currently hold nine draft choices including their first round and two third rounds and two fourth rounds.
The Flyers roster is a bit in limbo general manager Chuck Fletcher has given mixed messages to the fanbase as to what the plan will be for the Flyers going forward in the next couple of years. earlier on he stated the team would be in an aggressive retool which usually means a very fast change, however now the word is a full rebuild for this team.
Once the season is done, Flyers fans should get a clearer picture of what Fletcher has in store and hopefully, he will fill the needs that this team so sorely lacks such as a first-line centre.
