As snowstorm and bitter cold temperatures strike the Philadelphia area, the Philadelphia Flyers announced the postponement of an event that fans were looking forward to attending.
On Thursday night, the Flyers announced that their annual Flyers Town Hall event would be postponed to a later date due to weather and the safety of travel at this time.
Although fans were looking forward to hearing many members of the organization speak on the future of the organization and much more, fans were understandable as the impact of the weather continues to increase.
The Flyers are set to reschedule the town hall event to a later date, but that date has yet to be announced.
As of right now tomorrow's game against the Colorado Avalanche is still set to begin on time at 1:00p.m. EST but fans are still encouraged to use caution when traveling to the Wells Fargo Center.
