San Jose Sharks Defenceman Out Indefinitely

Sharks defenseman Nikolai Knyzho has suffered a serious and is expected to be out the first six months of the regular season. Knyzho suffered a torn Achilles, Knyzho has since undergone surgery to repair it.�

According to Sharks�GM�Mike Grier, Knyzho suffered the injury during off-ice training.�Despite missing all of last season, the Sharks saw fit to bring him back on a one-year, $850,000 contract.�
