The Philadelphia Flyers are hoping for big things from Alex Lyon tonight as the goalie will make his first NHL start of the season. Philly is once again riddled with injury problems and Calvin Pickard is definitely not even a bandaid solution. It might be time for Hextall to go for the home run solution and just get it done so he can concentrate on other areas of improvement. There's three pretty big names that are rumoured to be on the trade block. Sergei Bobrovsky of the Columbus Blue Jackets, Cory Schneider of the New Jersey Devils and Jimmy Howard of the Detroit Red Wings all seem to be available for the right price. Bobrovsky holds a no movement clause and Schneider has been struggling, so Howard might be the cheapest solution. If Wayne Simmonds was the cost, would you be willing to move Simmonds for any of these goalies?
