BREAKING Flyers Send Forward To The AHL.

The Philadelphia Flyers didn't really show up for their game against the Buffalo Sabres on Wednesday night as they let in four goals in the first period. The team went on to lose the game by a score of 5-2 and now find themselves at the bottom of the Eastern Conference standings. Philly and general manager Ron Hextall made a slight roster move on Thursday morning. Tyrell Goulbourne was on the ice at Flyers practice on Thursday and the team has sent Nicolas Aube-Kubel back to the AHL. Aubel-Kubel played in nine games since being called up but wasn't able to register any points and finished his stint a +1. Goulbourne has almost the exact same stats with no points in nine games however is a -2.
