"The Philadelphia Flyers and general manager Chuck Fletcher issued an injury update on Thursday. Flyers forward Nolan Patrick who hasn't been given the green light for any preseason activity, will be sidelined for awhile. Patrick has been diagnosed with migraine disorder and won't be ready for the start of season either. He's currently being considered as ""week to week"".""After consultation with the Flyers' medical staff and with specialist Dr. Jeffrey Kutcher from the University of Michigan, forward Nolan Patrick has been diagnosed with migraine disorder. Patrick will not be going to Europe and we will provide additional information once the team returns. He will not be ready to start the season and is listed as week-to-week"" stated Fletcher's press release. The 21 year old put up 31 points in 72 games last year during his sophomore season.
