"The Philadelphia Flyers are looking to get back into the playoffs and part of the strategy to get back in was a coaching change. General manager Chuck Fletcher and the team decided to move on from Dave Hakstol last season and brought in Alain Vigneault as his replacement. Vigneault has loads of NHL experience over the last couple of decades having been behind the bench in Montreal, Vancouver and most recently New York. He's made it to the Stanley Cup Finals twice and has an overall record of 648-435-35-98 for a .588 winning percentage during the regular season. He's a great motivator and we got a taste of just how good thanks to the Flyers Behind The Glass series. Check out his great speech to the players during the opening day of training camp.
