The Philadelphia Flyers have two goaltending prospects coming from the KHL and that's Alexei Kolosov and Ivan Fedotov. Fedotov made his NHL debut for the Flyers this season and played in two games, meanwhile Kolosov played in two games for the Flyers' AHL affiliate, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.

Alexei Kolosov and Ivan Fedotov should link up and learn the North American culture together

Kolosov played well in the KHL for the Dinamo Minsk as he had a record of 22-21-3 with a 2.39 GAA, and a .907 Save Percentage. There are now reports that Kolosov wants to return to the KHL as he is having issues adapting to North America. Now, it's not uncommon for players from Europe to have issues with adapting to North America, especially as the game is played differently between the KHL and North America. However, Kolosov cannot leave without the Flyers' permission since he is under contract with them.
With Fedotov staying in the area during the summer, it would be a good time for Kolosov to meet up with Fedotov and learn North American culture together. Fedotov could be great help as they both played in the KHL, Kolosov also does not speak much English so Fedotov can assist with this as well. These reports could just mean that Kolosov is homesick which Fedotov could greatly help with this as he left Russia around the same time as Kolosov. These two could get to know each other and help each other throughout the offseason as they could one day play for the Flyers together.
